Stones Galaxy is a UK-based business specialising in unique stone products and furniture including, but not limited to:

  • Dining tables

  • Coffee tables

  • Sofa and bedside tables

  • Console tables

  • Mosaic tiles

  • Plinths, stands, and backlit stone decor

  • Lamps and more

We cater to both individual and business clients, and offer custom-made and made-to-order pieces.

2. Orders & Customisation

  • Some items are ready to ship, while others are made to order or custom-designed. Custom orders may take longer to produce and are non-refundable.

  • Before purchasing, we strongly encourage customers to chat with us to ask for detailed product information and additional images, especially for natural stone products where colour and texture may vary due to lighting and photography.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Cash (in person only)

  • Bank Transfer

Chargebacks after receipt and confirmation of delivery are strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • We currently operate as a small business and do not charge VAT. If this changes in the future, we will update our policies accordingly.

5. Delivery

  • UK Delivery:

    • Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.

    • Delivery within the UK typically takes 4–5 working days total.

    • For customers within a 2–3 hour radius of London, we offer private delivery at a pre-agreed cost.

  • International Shipping:

    • We do ship internationally where possible.

    • Shipping timeframes vary but typically range between 7–14 working days.

    • International customers must allow for extra time, communication, and flexibility, particularly around customs and local courier handling.

  • Returns are accepted on certain items only and must be authorised within 7 days of receipt.

  • Custom, large, or international orders are non-returnable.

 

7. Product Representation

While we aim to accurately show each item, natural stone products may vary in tone, pattern, or reflection under different lighting. Please request more photos or video if needed. Stones Galaxy is not liable for minor visual differences due to screen settings or lighting.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, product descriptions, and logos — is the property of Stones Galaxy. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
