Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on select products only. Some items, particularly custom orders, large, or high-value products, especially those shipped internationally, are non-refundable and not eligible for return under any circumstances. Please contact us in advance to confirm if your item is eligible.

 

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item, including shipping costs and insurance to protect against any damage in transit.

  • Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for you at a pre-agreed cost.
